ProWein, the largest wine show in Europe, started yesterday. It runs for 3 days - until Tuesday 21 March.
An enormous show! 9 vast halls with 6,300 exhibitors including many regional pavilions. And a total of 55,000 trade visitors from all over the world.
Outside of the huge number of wine exhibitors, ProWein has also become one of the most important trade shows in Europe for spirits. There are 400 spirit exhibitors and the trade show is a focal point for whiskey producers and buyers.
