TradeScope is taking a group of European bakery ingredient buyers to the IBIE bakery show in Las Vegas October 8-11. The
buyers are mostly large bakery companies in Europe interested in US flours, additives, flavours, dried fruit and nuts.
European bakery companies are important buyers for the US dried fruit and nut sector but many of those companies still purchase through brokers. This is a chance for bakery companies to meet and establish relationships directly with the producers.
