SIGEP is a trade fair focusing on artisan gelato, pastry, baking and coffee, including raw materials and ingredients through to plants and equipment, furnishings and services.
SIGEP was started by the Italian gelato industry in 1980 but has grown to include bakery, pastry and coffee. TradeScope is going mainly to look at prospects for US dried fruit and nuts.
