This year, TradeScope hosted a number of Colorado food companies at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair.
The trip involved visiting prospective buyers (retailers and wholesalers) and contract manufacturers a few days before the show. In addition to setting up individual meetings for the US companies, TradeScope gave guidance to each of the companies in terms of the structure of the UK market, including the premium/speciality, natural & organic and mainstream retail channels.
The Fair was well represented by brewers, distillers, health and sports snacks producers, condiments and meat companies (the latter included jerky producers – this market seems to be expanding every year).
